Brenda A. Garcia received her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas.
Before starting her own practice, Brenda worked as an immigration attorney at David and Associates, PLLC. She maintains a diverse immigration practice involving a variety of complex matters. Her practice includes assisting clients in obtaining work permits, visas, legal permanent residency (green cards) and citizenship.
Brenda’s practice extends to representing clients in immigration court, defending those that are undocumented and legal permanent residents from being deported from the United States.
In addition to Immigration Law, Brenda has experience helping clients with their Personal Injury and Family Law cases. Brenda contributes her success to paying attention to the smallest details of any case and educating her clients on the legal process.
She enjoys spending time with her nephew and hosting family gatherings. Outside of work and family, she is involved with mentoring and empowering women in her community.
